We're having a pub night on Tuesday, February 10th!
We're also going to Glen Eden on Friday, January 6th. It's going to be a carpool trip. So if you're interested in coming, let us know, and if you can drive (we'll pay for gas), even better. We will find a way to get everyone interested up there, no matter what. In SSLUR tradition, we'll also be stopping for a few drinks on the way home. We'll post prices and times as soon as we get info from the mountain.
So....see ya all on the 10th for SSLUR pub!!
By the way...Lucas is thinking about organizing a SSLUR hockey tourny...anyone who can enter a team email me and i will start making arrangments (5 on 5)...itll be late February

Smuggs Notch Details!!
DC Events is proud to announce the release of our 5th annual social event ski trip to Smugglers' Notch, Vermont (Smuggs 2004). This trip features 3 days of skiing, luxury accommodations and return transportation! In addition, we will once again be hosting the Saturday Night Excursions to the Essex Factory Outlet or the Burton Store, with all buses heading to downtown Burlington, Vermont afterwards for a little shopping and fine dining. :-)

Social Event Cost: $230.00 (Canadian dollars at par!)
***Remember that this is a US based trip, so only people who currently hold their valid ID or a passport to cross the US/Canada border should participate.
Last year we brought a record number of 10 buses to Smuggs - and still had a waiting list! So organize yourselves as soon as possible into groups of 2,4,6,8,10 or 12 and sign up today! The payment deadline is February 7, 2004.

Blue Mountain Weekend
The annual OLAS (Latin club) ski trip is quickly approaching.
When: buses leave 2pm on Friday, February 6 and return around 3pm on Sunday, February 8 (since it's a joint event with OLAS U of T, York, and Ryerson, the bus is leaving from York)
Where: Blue Mountain
Price: $100 for members and $115 for non-members (this includes meals, lodge, and bus, NOT skiing or snowboarding and there are no discounts for people who arrive late)
To ensure space we need a minimum deposit of $50 as soon as possible (or the whole amount) and the remaining balance must be paid before boarding the bus. For reservation or more detail information, please email me at: lois_snc@yahoo.com ASAP!

Our apologies for the confusion as to when the bus is leaving,
WE ARE DEFINETLY LEAVING FROM THE FRONT OF THE SOUTH BUILDING AT 4:15PM FRIDAY
if you are a member, don'f forget your SSLUR card
If not, then it is included with the extra 5$$ charge you already paid, and we'll hook you up on the bus!!
That is the final, absolute, unchanging time...
See you all there!!!!!!!!

Master bedroom contains 2 double beds.
Pullout double sofa in living room sleeps 2; each unit contains a full kitchen.

Hey Skiiers and Boarders!
We've got a trip to Blue Mountain coming up!!!! Friday January 16th, 4:30pm till the slops close
We will be offering free ski and snowboard lessons!! There will be beginner lessons, and snowboard park lessons available.
Here are the details:
Bus ride and lift ticket:
$25 for members
$30 for non-members; price will include a membership card
Just a bus ride (if you've got your own season's pass):
$10 for members
$15 for non members; price will include a membership card
Rentals:
$10 for skiis
$18 for snowboard
Come on guys, its time to ride!!! Sign up with Carla in the SAC office in the Student Center by January 13th!! See ya on the slopes!
